Steps to be Taken:

1. Obtain Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) for the proposed director
2. Apply for Director Identification Number (DIN) for the proposed director
3. File Form SPICe (Simplified Proforma for Incorporating Company electronically) with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA)
4. File Form INC-9 (Declaration by the first subscriber to the memorandum and person nominated as first director)
5. Obtain Certificate of Incorporation from the MCA

Other Requirements:

1. Ensure the proposed name is available on the MCA portal
2. Ensure the registered office address is in India
3. The OPC should have only one director and one nominee
